Back to it...

After a few months on unfulfilled good intentions today - finally - the day arrived when I went back to the gym. As expected,this was followed by thoughts of,"this is fun,why didn't I go back sooner," although I'm not sure whether the feeling will remain when the aches and pains appear tomorrow morning!
