Hello Lego Girl
This intrepid explorer has braved the depths of the wildest jungle to arrive on the doorstep of Gazimp Towers this afternoon. I hear she originated from a town called Toys R Us on the planet Cambridge. After battling her way out of a little foil packet she hitched a ride aboard the intergalactic 2 litre Golf GTI all the way back to Newtoft before jumping out and trekking through this inhospitable greenery toward the promised land.
In actual fact this is my front lawn. Shocking really when you think that a lego man is what, an inch tall? This situation has now been rectified as KnittingNancy (can't link) has wielded the Flymo.
I need a name for my little Lego girl. I actually purchased her on Monday with blipping in mind in (as mentioned) Toys R Us. We (me and Feeeeeee) went in to find my nephew Isaac a Cars related toy and ended up coming out with a Lego character each. Don't get me wrong though I didn't choose a pink girl. the packets were foil and therefore not revealing their contents. Fe ended up with a wicked blue Spaceman to go with her Ninjas and skeletons. I got an effing Sindy doll in a spacesuit.....
Nevertheless I shall be picturing her continued exploration of my house in search of a nice easy blip intelligent Lego based life.
In other news I got to work this morning to find out our branch adminstrator (and all round top woman) Kath had suffered a heart attack just before a two week break to Cyprus. It really knocked the stuffing out of me today because I have a lot of time for Kath.
Get well soon Kath, Brian has missed you being on his case.
