Little things mean a lot...
This is the book I mentioned three days ago, the one with all the knowledge about how to run the programs in the computer department of the aluminium company in Iceland.
It's A5 and on the first page it says: 1. Explain the problem, 2. Define the problem, 3. Program the solution, 4. Complete the answer, 5. Preserve the argumentation. This is IBM for beginners.
On the left is an explanation on how to run the programs for Lager, Hour statistic, Finance accounting, Cost accounting etc.
On the right is a flowchart and some pages with which job to run in what order.
If this book had gone missing all knowledge abut the Lager, Paychecks, Aluminium production and everything would have been lost. This was a good lesson for me and the company.
