Our Liverton Cabin
Posted 8th May.
Nice, eh?
A very pleasant sunny drive through the borders via Coldstream this morning to our cabin at Liverton - about 4 hours with a short stop. Liverton is about fifteen miles NW of Whitby, on the edge of the North York Moors. Strictly speaking, the cabin is in the hosts' back garden, but it's a big garden and we have great views over the adjacent farmland. The really good news is that the new bikerack and the bikes behaved and were still attached to the car when we arrived. Phew.
Liverton consists of a few houses and a pub; unfortunately the pub grub left a lot to be desired, although we enjoyed the beer and the log fire. It's cold! It's also wi-fi free, which is why this is being back-blipped...
