N is for Numbers

This is a watch that I got from my wife as a present some years ago.
One morning I picked it up and found that the numbers had fallen of, restricting the movement of the hands.
We took it back to John Lewis, where it was bought, we had no receipt, and they sent it off to get repaired.
There was no charge when we got the repaired watch back, and they returned the broken face and numbers.
Job done. Well done Ted Baker and John Lewis.
