Breakfast Time........

You might be asking why the fat ball is cable tied to the fence, well if it wasn't cable tied, either the crow's, magpies or squirrel will turn it into a take away.

As it is, i've had to chase away the squirrel because it bites through the green netting that contains the fat ball, and rolls the complete fat ball across the lawn and then carries it away to god knows where.

There have been mornings when the fat balls have disappeared overnight complete with green mesh, the only thing left is the cable tie. I'd have to guess that it's either foxes or badgers going by the marks on the fencing and the damage to the lawn by the fence.

No such damage from this little fella, with all the different birds i've gone out of my way to try and blip in the last eight months, the Blue Tit is still probably my favourite garden resident.
