Swallow your words

I went out to the boulder bank in Nelson this morning to take photos of waves and rocks and shags and pied stilts.

I also found a swallow who wanted to stick around and talk to me.

I might go back tomorrow and have another go at those pied stilts - today they were eating crabs, I wonder what they'll be eating tomorrow.
