Village pond

We are so lucky to live in such a beautiful village and to have lovely friends here. Jenny, a dear friend who grew up in the village and lives at the farm has recently had their pond lined and it is so tranquil to look at. Jenny remembers the trees being planted when she was a little girl and looking after the pond is a particular tribute to her Dad who dies a couple of years ago. The pond is there for all of us to enjoy and it has just had two ducks with ten ducklings on it.
