Cheese rolling in the rain!

Bank holiday Monday started off with some sunshine and then the rains came!

We went to Stilton to see the May fair with a May Queen and maypole dancing, followed by various acts including Pig Dyke Molly which we know and love from the Straw Bear.

We only stayed to watch the first few cheese rolling races as it was very cold and raining quite hard by this point!

We popped to the shop to get all we needed to have roast lamb for tea. Yum yum!

Finished the second sleeve of my next cardigan that I am making for myself tonight.
