Phillip's Dunn's River Loco "Eleanor" at the FWR Open Day.

It was our annual garden railway open day for charity, raising funds for a local charity 'Cambridge Central Aid'. The FWR roster was supplemented by trains from Evensford & Midland, Dunn's River, and whatever-Doug's-line-is-called, and a good time was had by all.

The weather was irritatingly miserable: sunny before and after, but raining throughout most of the running time, but that didn't stop the nutters engineers from running trains, or the steady stream of hardy visitors.

We collected in excess of £350. Thanks to everyone concerned.
