Preparations

A quick run after a long train journey home, and I saw that the building works have started for Royal Ascot week. And I do really like cranes :-) so the start of the construction work seemed like a good idea.

Despite the immense size of the Racecourse grandstand, further space is needed to cater to the race meeting, and large structures are built on either side. An enormous amount of preparation is needed for the biggest event of the year.
