nearly home

when the route planner tells you the journey is going to take 7 hours you know it will be a long day.

when you are doing that journey with four children and you have had to make three unplanned stops within the first hour it is easy to feel slightly depressed.

this sight lifted our spirits though. the knowledge that we are nearly home.
