A little bit potty

We made the most of the Bank Holiday together and had another little trip out today . We went to Audley End, an English Heritage property as they were having May Day celebrations over the weekend. There was a lot going on, including Victorian side shows, a brass band and displays of Victorian falconry.

It was another rainy day but with our raincoats on we had a wander around the grounds and walled garden which we had all to ourselves as everyone else seemed to be watching the displays. This was taken in the garden and I liked the terracotta pots againts the colours in the brick work and the blue door.

Even though it was raining, the Great British public were out in force and even eating ice cream.......it was a bank holiday after all!!
