Saw dogs

One of the joys of life is sawing logs with a new chain on the chainsaw - 'knife through butter' comes to mind. Today we did some serious log cutting with the new chain keeping the stocks at a reasonable level.

Ideally you should keep the wood for about a year and cut them all in one go but life too short for that so being the lazy busy people we are, we tend to just keep ahead of usage but today was a real joy, ripping through a weeks worth in an hour or so.

Then off to the beach to give His Highness a paddle and pick up some chocolate from the shop, well you've got to get your priorities right.
