Daisy days

The Field Daisy (1st verse)

I'm a pretty little thing,
Always coming with the spring;
In the meadows green I'm found,
Peeping just above the ground,
And my stalk is cover'd flat
With a white and yellow hat.

Managed to dodge the showers and get out in the garden to plant the tomates, peppers and chillis that were getting very leggy on my kitchen windowsill. They'll have to take their chances with the British weather...
