a proper rabble....

tonight we (the 5 Tays/foreigners) took all the crew out to dinner at a local village 'restaurant' - we've been trying to cook them a meal for months now but one emergency or another keeps happening - and honestly I think the team were dreading the thought of having to eat western food and keep a polite smile on their faces... so this was a good compromise
so we sat on the floor - ate local foods, drank way too many shots of rice wine (note this was a classy joint - the home brewed rice wine was served in recycled water bottles - not 5 litre jerry cans... :) - then sat outside for tea and the obligatory arm wrestling.... (its either that or kareoke and personally I prefer the arm wrestling any day.....)
all in all a really fun night...... now to drink litres of water to avoid the dreaded rice wine hangover...
