Armageddon

Went to the shops to get stuff for tea - oh my favourite thing to do! ...looked at the sky and decided that I should head for the coast to get a shot of a stormy sunset (slight understatement!) By the time I got onto the beach I could hardly stand up the wind was so strong!

There was actually someone running at an angle along the beach and as I was trying to hide from the whipping sand some mad man came down in his boardies and jumped in for a dip - eejit!

I could actually hardly point my camera towards the sunset and as I was scrambling up a sand dune with tears running down my face from the wind! I noticed this rather impressive cloud behind me!! If you look really closely , there is even a wee bit of a rainbow in there as well!

Ran back to the car (with the wind behind me!) just before it started to piss down pour.
