Day 1 of lakes holiday: one of my favourite walks from Ambleside- Loughrigg to Grasmere. You get a fab view of the Langdales...seen here over Loughrigg Tarn. The sheep and lambs are all out and it's a lovely crisp day. After this, I walked through Deer Bolts Wood to Grasmere for breakfast, then back via White Moss to Ambleside. Just as the rain started! Perfect timing!
