Eggs Benedict

This morning, given the sunny bank holiday cheer, we created a culinary masterpiece in the form of; toasted muffins, smoked salmon (trimmings), poached egg (only slightly overcooked) and hollandaise sauce (created from a packet and cooked in the microwave). Admittedly, if I had left out the information in the brackets, it would have sounded more 'masterpiece like', but it was good none the less.
