Here is a stock underway from last night's roast chickens. What else can you see in there?

It will be simmered for a good hour plus; strained; cooled and have the fat skimmed off the top. It will then, all going well, be made into a chicken and mushroom risotto tomorrow night.

Don't you just love it when you get organised with meals? Makes life so much easier. Shame I am not in this mode more often!
