Track problems?

Another Music Plus related blip, this time a trip up to Inverness to host a workshop with two techno / house producers - (Lars & Graeme) A.K.A Funk D'Void & Silicone Soul. We headed to The Ironworks by train, it was a great trip up with spectacular views along the spey passing through Perth, Aviemore, Dalwhinnie and Kingussie and many more.

The workshop was great, we got all set up and then headed for a meeting with John Sinclair (the previous keyboard player in Ozzy Osbourne's group and loads more influential rock bands of the 70s into the 80s). He was a nice guy and we spoke about doing some work together.

After rushing to catch the last train to Glasgow, we were told when arriving at Aviemore - that the power had failed and we were in fact returning to Inverness to be taxi'd home - this resulted in attempts to book hotel rooms, organise other transport, but finally the train services resumed and we were back on the tracks within the hour - it was a long ride home, and I enjoyed a generous measure Bruichladdich Rocks upon arrival home.
