Bittersweet

If it hadn't been for Chris I would never have met my wife. As UEA Chaplain he encouraged local musicians to join the band at our services, Jacinta came along with her flute and the rest is history. (Actually it took us five more years to get it together but good things shouldn't be rushed!)

Today Chris was celebrating 40 years of bringing people together, couples travelled from around the UK for a service and party in Bournemouth. Many good memories revisited and friendships renewed.

Bittersweet .... Chris is not likely to live to see another anniversary ....
