Most Westerly

Guess where we went today then! We were much more organised and were on the road with picnics made by 11.15am...

Our first stop was not quite Lands End as we are too tight to pay good money but Sennen Cove. It was beautiful and is where this picture was taken. Clear blue skies and a picnic. The big children hit the sea early on but we had spare clothes.

After 2 hours we continued on to Porthcurno and had another 2 hours another another beautiful beach still under blue skies. The children hadn't dressed after leaving Sennen so were straight back into the sea in their pants before we could say "brew up"!

The kids had another go at the picnic and we adults had proper coffee from a cafetiere on the beach. If anyone knows where I can get a stainless steel cafetiere that makes 4 cups of coffee please let me know!

Having been much more organised today, we came home to slow cooker chicken surprise with microwave rice - tea within 5 minutes of walking through the front door! Marvellous!

Sadly tomorrow is to be a day of jobbing and trying to get the house in order so no adventuring for us :-(
