Gergeti Trinity Church, Kazbegi

Today I took the marshrutka to Kazbegi about 10km from the Russian border. We climbed up very high along potholed roads and through snowfields to descend a little to Kazbegi. Then in the afternoon I went on a hike to this church high up on a ridge at 2170m above sea level.
