Elated beyond measure

Heard this phrase on the Indian radio station the taxi driver was listening to on the way home and quite liked it.

This is part of what I did today - type setting brochures in English, Arabic and Japanese. Not easy, although it looks nice but no idea what it says. Elated beyond measure? Indeed.
