Hotel Chateaubriand

This is the lobby of our hotel in St Malo. We've stayed here before and love the rooms. This time, however, there seemed to be some sort of backlog of work so the cleaning staff didn't have the rooms ready! The ferry gets us to St Malo at about 8:30 so we don't expect it to be ready then but by 3pm, in need of the obligatory granny nap, we would expect to be well asleep. As it was we were in at 4pm.

Tomorrow we collect the hire car and head south. We are hoping the weather improves as today has been grey, drizzly and chilly.
