Sorting my feet out at last.

I have been struggling on with all kinds of foot problems for months and months. Years with one problem.
Managed to see a doctor about it who said I should see a podiatrist. Arranged that and after a wait and a cancellation I eventually managed to see one who directed me back to the doctor for a prescription for the above blip items.

Apparently I have a fungal infection of the skin and cracked heels which I found out are often caused by sling backed shoes. I was wearing some Croc sling backs (not the usual clog type) for months as slippers.

So at long last I am repairing the damage to my feet. Now it's a question of finding the time to put these creams on and wait while they are absorbed.

I also have to fit them in around using my preventer inhaler which I have to use two puffs of, two minutes apart. Takes me a bit to get going in the morning with all these delays slowing me down.
