Big Power.

I had a great day. This morning was all cooking for the children - pancakes for breakfast and a great big chicken for lunch. The sun was beating down so we ate in the garden. Malcolm's pal Reece was over so he joined us. Lovely.

Then after all that I headed off south on the Big Fat Bike and spent a lot of time exploring the huge sheets of rock that jut out into the sea. What a thrill - this big tyre is giving me the best time I've had on a bike for years. Wonderful.

On the way home I stopped off at the pub and tried out the new beer. Hoppy, light and just the thing for a sunny afternoon. :)
