Heyford landscape

I wish I could think of a better title! I thought about study in yellow and blue but decided it was far too poncy.

I saw this barn driving back from a meeting at Heyford Airbase yesterday and would have stopped if I hadn't had colleagues in my car. But it stayed in my mind and so I went back today. It was shame the clouds had once more come over by the time I got there -a dramatic sky would have made all the difference. But I love the simplicity of the shape and the big blocks of colour.

Part of a relaxed day, a run, a soup making session and a bit of food shopping including at the local farmers market. Tonight a DVD and a glass of wine -best sort of a day really. Thanks so much for your lovely comments yesterday -I was very happy.
