Veggie Mania

I had originally intended on shishkebobs to throw on the grill. When I ran out of time (and inclination) I decided to toss everything together hobo-stew style in a marinade of italian dressing.

It was a huge pile of veggies and I feared they would see the table at several meals. This turned out to be a false concern!

I like to see my guests enjoy their meal at my table!


...and I really should use something bedsides cell phone cam for after-dark photos....
