South Petherton Away

Last game of the season tonight, away at South Petherton Reserves. We were far from our best and despite creating plenty we weren't clinical enough and went down 3-1. Maybe a bit of a cup hangover.

It was 0-0 at the break and we were well in command but a shocking decision from the referee to award them a penalty 10 minutes into the 2nd half totally changed the game.

Not the best way to end the season, but we've had a great one, achieving our main aim of winning the Tommy Tabberer Cup. I'm excited to see what next season will bring, and really want to push for promotion.

Right now though I'm looking forward to relaxing for a couple of months, having a holiday, and teeing it up on the golf course.
