Sunny side of the street

Lovely warmth in the sunshine today, so much so that I missed the train home because I was enjoying the warmth on my face at the station.

Home from work to collect the voting card and wade through the party manifestos which had been shoved through the letterbox. When I said wade I mean gather up from the floor and put in the recycling pile.

On the way back from the polling station the evening sun was shining on my side of the street.
