D*Face

This is a piece from the D*Face exhibition at the Black Rat Gallery. This is not the piece I originally posted, which was censored and can be found at my other blog (see profile for URL).

It's often a difficult (and unwelcome) tranisition when street artists move into galleries and this one was certainly uncomfortable.

There was some interesting stuff, but the anti-commercial theme throughout the show was completely undermined by price tags in the tens of thousands (and every piece had sold on the opening night).
