Old Father Thames

I'm down on the beach again today for a bit more dramatic weather.

I first had the idea of catching people with their umbrellas in the West End, but wisely most people had stayed indoors.

So armed with camera, flash, 'Fong', umbrella and wellies I go back to Wapping beach.

It's a particularly good spot for several reasons: firstly the bend in the river, secondly Canary Wharf in view, thirdly proximity to the Wapping Project and an excellent piece of work by Zineb Sedira called MiddleSea.
