All about Lallybroch

Point to the ceiling, point to the floor.

I took Ethan to his weekly swimming class as usual today. Apart from again refusing to even try the noodle, he was great. In the changing rooms he made me laugh by pointing to the logo on the nappy changing unit and singing "wind bobbin up, wind bobbin up, pull, clap clap clap". That probably makes a lot more sense if I explain that he loves watching this on YouTube and has done since he was a little baby!

Back home, where he had a long sleep in the car. Even when he woke, he refused lunch and snuggled up on me. I ended up sitting on the sofa, reading a book while he slept on me. Could have happily stayed there all day if I hadn't been due to meet my friend Lesley and her wee boy Logan at Almond Valley Heritage Centre. It was gloriously sunny afternoon and the boys enjoyed charging round the farm ... usually in the opposite direction to each other! One thing I like about going there is that without fail I always bump into someone else I know. It's great for random catch ups!

Granny & Grandpa were waiting back at our house when we got back and got big smiles and cuddles from Ethan. After dinner they took him back to Beith as he's having a sleepover there tonight with them.
