Roadside Horror

I passed this horrible concoction of doom today and decided to share its horrors with you. I hope you are all suitably appreciative of my generosity ;-)

I don't like clowns at the best of times but this was just pure horror story stuff. I mean, the bit of straw, the hi vis jacket and the scary dolls on the swing have my wondering at the answer to just one question, but WHY!!!!! What does it all mean!!
