shards

I've had a day in London today, at the V&A. It 's about 30 years since my last visit - well overdue. It would take months to see everything, so I went on a free tour with a lovely Japanese lady called Mariko.

I just walked over London Bridge to get the train to Sussex, where my parents live. I like walking through the City and I took lots of photos of the Shard being built.

This photo is at the end of the bridge, just near the station. I like the contrast between manmade buildings and nature. There are still some nice trees in quite urban spaces.
