Tale from the river bank

This morning 3 ladies and 2 dogs walked from St Ives, down to Ravenroyd, along the banks of the River Aire, into Myrtle Park and back through Mouse Wood looking for bluebells with a view to snapping them. Unfortunately they were past there best:(

Blip shows Bingley Parish Church on the left and the wier which disappeared last
Friday due to the volume of water from all the rain we'd had.

Wouldn't mind living in one of those cottages myself!
