Undercarriage up!

After an awful lot of rain, today is again overcast and somewhat dull. However this pigeon was sitting on my neighbours roof (I thought it would add some interest to the shot) and I waited quite a while before it decided to take off - but I was ready with camera set to multishot mode and this was the shot I wanted.

In fact it has been so wet that the road between Toft and Bourn (if you know the area) was flooded to a depth of around 30cm in places. No problem for my camper van it has loads of ground clearance and a high air intake.
Although when I used to travel in Africa it was not unusual to ford a river with one or sometimes both front wings of the Land Rover under water!
