Lemon meringue cake

Planning a couple of days in Sheffield.
We -Nora and I- are going to visit Panda and Amy tomorrow and staying over, tis only correct to take pudding !

We think the heat setting is too high or perhaps the cake and meringue should be cooked separately as it doesn't seem quite cooked.
