Sunset #2

As the sun was setting I walked down our lane to my favourite blackberrying and sloe collecting spot (see Blackthorn blossom a few days ago). Took lots of snaps, the colours were amazing but liked this best because of the shadowy hedge in the foreground.

Whilst I was busy gazing and snapping, groups of swallows were flying around, I could hear an owl hooting in the distance, the almost full moon was hiding behind misty cloud and to make it totally perfect the first bat I've seen this year flapped past me :-)
