Hang 'em up?

Pondered my football career today. Will I ever play for the might Forest Green Ladies again? Will I be stuck on 276 goals? Never imagined I would be until I had a big fall out with both ACLs; damn tricky those ligament jobbies.

Still have around three months of rehab so fingers crossed, but at this rate, my blip count will exceed my goal count. Boo!

Thank you for your lovely supportive comments on yesterday's blip. I was asleep by 7:00pm so woke to read lots of lovely things. And, incidentally, it somehow crept into the spotlight - a feature which continues to baffle me.

Much better day thankfully. One more sleep until the Bank Holiday, what a saviour!
