Election

Well, we've just been and done our civic duty, exercised our democratic right etc - too bad the candidates in this ward (local council elections) were all pretty uninspiring. Up till the last minute I was wondering whether I'd be best off spoiling my ballot paper; in the end I didn't, but I did (metaphorically) hold my nose as I voted.
