Why are most people that work in mobile phone shops fecking useless and know less about the products they are selling than half of their better informed customers ....and please don't continually tell me what the best deal for me is, or what would suit me perfectly ..grrr!
It surely can't be that hard to do this right and still make a profit? Business idea #1 Shop specialising in sim free Android phones giving proper advice and then directing its customers to really good and cheap independent tariffs - like Giff Gaff, etc and not trying to tie people into 2+year contracts - potential business name ... I am the Droid you are looking for! . The total cost of ownership would still be around 50% cheaper than the best deals the big boys offer, with a like for like package. Just a thought.
