Spotted woodpecker

Finished work and after yesterday its rained again. Mate came round so went out with cameras. While walking he said whats that bird up in that tree as I had my manual lens on I looked now there had been no hint it was a woodpecker no normal cry or tapping just sounded like a normal bird took a few shot but was really please with this one enjoy. PS I would just like to say thank you for all your views and comment I hit the spotlight page for the third time this week nearly wet my self once was great but 3 I couldn't belive it so THANKS.
