Perfect Roast Potatoes

After seminars from 9am to 1pm, I waste away the afternoon; watched 'An Education' which I really enjoyed, then went to Life Drawing for 2 hours with Em, and now she owes me a mango.
James finally comes over and we start making dinner; pork chops with roast potatoes (!) which was AMAZING, well seeing as I am definitely not a cook :D

We also watched 'Bronson' - really good film.
