All done in

It was very hard getting up this morning - not helped by work being really busy I didn't even get time to have lunch only stopping for a banana at 5 pm! Needed to get back by 7 pm so I could go to meditation - it was a really interesting class and quite deep this evening - shame I was struggling to keep my eyes open - there was only one way to end the day - in bed with the ipad!
