Breaking the Rules - Day 3

Focus was the rule I decided to break today, focusing on a non-obvious point and, once again, embracing the blur. I think that there can be no doubt about today's subject, and for those interested yesterday's was a halogen light, this one in fact.

I wasn't entirely happy with the original so I played around a bit and have replaced it with a much better version.
