and cake as part of 'alison's time out' for today.

the day started amazingly with a prayer meeting at 8am with my christian union friends! then the gym for 2 hours followed by group work. all went well.

then more work and coffee with a loverly lady.
another meeting followed by an amazing church service at my church. Great to praise God with so many others. He is the God of THIS city.

in other news, a bunch of very exciting letters arrived today. im totally spoilt.....isnt getting handwritten letters the best thing ever!?
