Today's the day .................................. before the big day

I have to go into hospital tomorrow for an operation - so I'm not sure when I'll be back blipping again.

Ask anyone who knows me well and they will tell you how pathetic I am when it comes to anything medical. Don't try to take blood off me unless I am safely lying down - or else I will be a real problem to you. So needless to say -anything to do with the 'O' word has been a banned topic of conversation for many weeks.

But tomorrow it will all happen - and I am so lucky to have two very special friends who are going to let me come and recuperate in this haven of peace and tranquility that is their home.

I'm looking forward to that bit ........................................
